After 3 years of aging, the bubbles are extremely fine, and the effervescence is abundant and creamy. The nose is both fresh and rich, with floral and fruity aromas. On the palate, the attack is creamy and full-bodied. The fruity aromas of the nose are echoed, and after aeration, mineral notes bring balance to the whole. The finish is lively and long.
